About

Therapy that Nurtures the Process for Deeper Change

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who works with teenagers and adults through an integrative, client-centered approach. I'm trained in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), and utilize mindfulness, and nutritional medicine for mental health—and I tailor my work to each person's unique needs and values to create a model that is the right fit for you. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you explore what's holding you back with curiosity and compassion, while reconnecting you with your strengths. I have extensive experience supporting people navigating anxiety, panic, depression, trauma responses, life transitions, and relationship challenges—including ethical nonmonogamy, polyamory, open relationships, kink, and diverse sexualities and identities. Together, we work to help you understand your thoughts and feelings more deeply and live more in line with who you want to be. I currently offer telehealth sessions only and am accepting new clients at this time. If you'd like to explore whether my practice might be a good fit, I'm happy to provide a preliminary 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
